Booking policy

DEPOSITS

All bookings require a 50% deposit, this will be deducted from your appointment cost. Your appointment can be rescheduled once before the deposit is invalid and a new booking must be made.

REMOVALS

Please book a removal if you already have existing product on your nails, arriving with regular nail polish on is fine, but anything more will take time away from your appointment. It may result in a cancellation.

I don't remove acrylic or hard gel applied by other salons.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

I do not apply Gel Polish to anyone under the age of 16.

FIXES

Please note that although I offer a 7 day free fix policy, you must still pre-book this appointment.

LATENESS, NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS

Lateness, no shows and cancellations have a huge impact on running my business.

I am unable to guarantee the service that has been booked to anyone who is over 10 minutes late and, in some instances, may not be able to honour the appointment at all, although I will try my best to fit you in. Please call me as soon as you know you will be late so I can do my very best to accommodate you.

NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS

If you don't arrive for your appointment or cancel at short notice, you will be charged the full fee. Please contact me 24 hours before your appointment if you can't make it.

LATE FEES

Lateness can have a knock on effect on productivity and client experience. Please arrive to your appointment on time. Lateness will be charged at £5 for every 10 minutes. Service will be subject to change; if you forfeit your appointment then you will lose your deposit.
